My steam game files are installed in my C: drive.
I would like to create a mod.
When I create it by the Imperator launcher, a "mod" folder should be created in the in Documents/Paradox Interactive/Imperator folder. this is not the case. If I create the folder manually and drop my mod files in it, and then I create the descriptor file manually, I will able to create and upload the mod? But if I subscribe to it, there is not other file in workshop/content/numberofthemod than the descriptor. Why the mod main file doesn't download ? Why can't I create a mod like for Hearts of Iron IV ?
By the way I would like to clear game caches. How can I do it ?
