I figured out why I can't join MP games, but don't know how to fix the problem.

I have wireless a router and I can't join or host any games in EU2. What should I do? I can join MP games for other titles, but no EU2.

Before any answers come in I want to say thank you to Mowers and Prince Eugene plus others for trying to help me over ICQ even though I had no idea what was going on. Both of them were also quick to offer me spots in their ongoing campaigns despite their knowledge of my connection probs.
