I find a bug in Armageddon patch1.2

The Armageddon patch1.2 fixed many old bugs.
But it may cause a new bug about paratroops paradropping.
In the past, paratroops paradropping on the plane terrain had no paradropping penalty.
But now paratroops paradrop on the plane terrain which have -75% penalty.
So how can I fix this bug in databases?
If someone know how to solve this problem, I will very appreciate you.

The CDCP Mod has a fix for it until Paradox makes the needed changes to the exe. It also cleans up so other things.

This fix is also around somewhere by itself, if I find it I will post it here.
