I have a habit in my games (both vanilla and modded CK2) of playing as a character from a relatively small ethnic group and attempting to remake the world by making them a large one.

I think an interesting little amendment would be to have a 'first men' ethnic group for each of the regions of westeros rather than just one representing old first men figures in the past. I quite enjoy playing as the Royce and trying to refound them as the bronze-first men kings of what is currently the Vale.

I love doing this too. I did it with the high valyrians and the dragons in the last start, because both start off with little. In vanilla, it's often the Hans for me. I thought I was the only one who did it.
