I have a popup problem and I can't find it

Suddenly every planet that is terraformable through technology is shown to me with the planet property terraformingcandidate and I get popups from every planet.

The error is that I already had the technology mods active individually in another playset and didn't get any notifications. I had already deactivated the traditions as a test

somehow mod causes the property terraform candidate to appear everywhere where it is not terraformable after all

I reduced the problem to 4 mods
i ask the experts to have a look at the code of the app to find out which mod changes the planet properties

Ariphaos patch is the problem
