It's driving me mad. I can't find anyone experiencing the same bug, and it's been killing my gameplay for *months.* No matter what empire I pick, no matter if it's singleplayer or multiplayer, every single empire in the galaxy, this is including primitives, starts with -1000 reputation.
I can not come back from that. It's physically impossible. Believe me, I've tried. It's constant war followed by sanctions.
Does anyone have any idea what's causing this, and how to fix it? Because I can't find a single other person experiencing the same issue, which is leaving my dismayed.
