I have Surviving the Aftermath on Epic, and can't figure out how to get the bonus character from Cities Skylines on Steam

I have Surviving the Aftermath on Epic, and saw we're supposed to get a bonus Specialist if you have Cities Skylines and Surviving Mars (both I have on Steam). So far I can't find a way to activate them in my Epic version of Surviving the Aftermath. Can someone help me with this?

I'm afraid not - as you say there this is purely a Steam bonus. I assume this is because Epic provide no way of syncing game ownership with external accounts such as your Paradox account.
