After helping france with a revolution I found a stack of units merged into one of my armies from the low countries and ile-de-france

Help France with a Revolution
I did a naval invasion causing me to have control of the occupation of the revolution capital
After the war I found 10 skirmishers from the French Low Countries and 8+2 Lancers from Ile-de-France in one of my armies

Also got the issue in similar circumstances (I think); deleting one of the foreign units in the army panel made all of them vanish
