I don't know what those logs are you sent in, but we need the game's own log file please.

Please gather both these two informational files, and attach them here:

...\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities Skylines\Cities Data\output_log.txt

DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Your issue is probably because this machine only has 8gb of system memory, the bare minimum to run the game at all. You can't really use any mods or custom assets. Can you start and play a new test city with ALL subscribed items disabled?

You could also try exiting every other app you can before starting the game.

Good luck!

Hey! i tried and tested it out, although the lag has decreased (still stuttering), the networks are disappearing.

Also i don't want to seem rude or anything, but for the past few cities i played with 500-700 mods and assets with no lag problem whatsoever, i tried unsubscribing many assets and mods and still the lag retained. And when i say lag, i mean a completely unplayable game.

It's not at all rude. But I assure you that what I said is the case; you can see 8gb is the minimum requirement in the Steam Store page for the game. And the fact that following my advice helped to some degree bears that out.

Are you saying this only happens with one particular city then, others you play, or start now as a test, are okay?

Yes! Like i said earlier i started an entirely new city, that's where the excessive lag happened. I'm 100% this must be a memory problem. But seeing how this never happened to me before, is making me confused.

The test city is however is dealing with a different problem. Like what i sent in the screenshots, the roads keeps disappearing. Upon searching, i also found out that this is also a memory problem.

Unless you've added new DLCs before this problem started, or are running more other apps and utilities before starting the game, I don't know why this is affecting you now but not before. Maybe a Windows update has changed how it wrangles memory.

Regardless, the fact is the minimum requirement is 8gb for the bare unmodded game. I recommend you go to at least 16gb of system memory.
