I meet some unsolvable problems

i am a player from china,so my words may have some mistakes,thank you for reading!
i see a notice of mistake when i opened Cities Skyline.it said 'object reference not set to an instance of object'.i tried to find some ways to solve it on the internet,but no one knows.then i tried to uninstall and donwload it again,i also tried to turn off all mods,but they all have no help about it.now, i need you to help me solve it.i am looking forward to your reply!

what‘s more,i'd like to give you a suggestion.the support website loads very slowly in china and i can hardly use it.i hope you can deploy some servers in china soon.thanks a lot.
