why is cities skylines 2 crashing while building east europian buildings ?

I never heard that before. I use that Region Pack all the time with no issues. I guess that answer does not help.
Perhaps check the Player.log and see what errors it has there that might give us a clue.

your user/appdata/locallow/colossal order/cities skylines II
Look for "player"
.log is the extension file type
Are you sure that region pack is whats causing the crashes? Have you experience crash in other times?

Next time, please Use Bug Section's Crash to create a ticket regarding any crashes you experience.

What a bunch of odd errors! Please go to mods.paradoxplaza.com and unsubscribe from ALL mods and assets.

THEN do a clean reinstall:

• Remove the game from Steam or the Xbox app (uninstall)
• Manually delete all these files and folders, if still there:

…\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities Skylines II\ (if on Steam only)


…\AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\


(first move the /saves/ folder elsewhere to keep your save games)


(To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer)

• Install the game again and start a new test city (NOT load any existing one).
