I NEED HELP URGENTLY!!!

I gave my hours to my city, and then i decided to make a park. i did it and then game started to crash like this. and it doesn't goes away when i click the "ok" button. I need help immideatly. pls save my city. thanks.

I understand you're running the game on Epic Games, right?
You've got a simulation error there, but the usual solution we give is subscribing to a mod and then run the game with some of its options enabled - so it's only possible to do it on Steam at the moment...

yes, i'm playing on epic games. i can play my save if i erase and re paint the park area but if i do this game crashes again in 1-2 mins. but if i delete all painting i can still play game.

Have you by any chance renamed your parks with special characters? The game might not like it sometimes and it might indeed be the cause of a simulation error

Yes i did it, i'm from turkey and i used "ü" in the name of park

Try renaming it without this character and see if the problem remains

I see some mods in use, but I'm not familiar with CSM.dll and as far as I can tell there's no reason for you to have Prefab Hook installed. For the time being at least, please remove the custom mods you have installed, you can do that by just moving these folders to somewhere else on your computer:

E:\oyunlar\CitiesSkylines\Files\Mods\MoreNetworkStuff
C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Mods\CSM

Then start the game and attempt to load your save. If that doesn't help, please attach the save in question here.
