Trying to fathom the cause of lag in the Putin mod and the E3 map... especially when a few countries are at war....

Are there any tools you guys have that I could also have to try to find out what is causing the lag issue. Do you have a console readout for instance, a continuous read on what is going in the game?

I don't know what could be available if at all? But I just feel I need "more tools" to solve the issue.

QUESTION: Is having the one default.ai file controlling most countries a good idea? I find the default.ai is good in the E3 map, but I wonder if this is causing me problems?

ALSO: If you can think of anything that I could do better or not do, please let me know.

Too many units can cause lag. That aside, if you have events that run while at war with complex triggers and are checked everyday? AI shouldn't affect anything.
