Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
i play as rome and in my war against macedonia i always get white peace automatically, without negotiations and without an election or an additional event. It is impossible for me to end the war regular.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Maybe declare war to macedonia as rome

No, i dont get my war goals, it happens before i conquer them. Unfortunately, my savegame no longer exists because it could no longer be loaded. That happened shortly after this event, while loading the game just crashes. I think the devs have to put in a lot of work until the game runs properly.

Probably the widespread problem with one of your war opponents being also in a civil war, which currently forces you into a white peace when it ends.

That's right, but in that case you get a hint beforehand and my war did not last five minutes at the lowest game speed. I think it is, as Herennius wrote, because of the enemy’s civil war.
