What platform are you playing on?
Steam

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.
Hellenistic world flavor pack, Epirus flavor pack, Magna Graecia Content Pack, Epirus Content Pack

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Every character under 16, regardless of government type, is listed as "Character not allowed to marry.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Start game.
2. Pick any monarchy.
3. Open Character Search UI.
4. Change gender to 'female', adult to 'no', own nation to 'no', can marry to 'any'
5. Type in 'Stratonike'
6. Select Stratonike Antigonid (2nd option, 13 year old Antigonid in Antigonid Kingdom)
7. Mouseover 'Royal Marriage'
8. See "Character not allowed to marry"
9. Seems reproducible for every child under 16 in the game.

Alternatively, and let me be clear, **this is not the method I use**:
1. Start game.
2. Pick any monarchy.
3. Open Character Search UI.
4. Change gender to 'female', adult to 'no', own nation to 'no', can marry to 'yes'
5. Zero results.

I'm seeing this with Invictus plus a couple of other more minor mods and was wondering if it was mod related or vanilla.
