Hellenistic world flavor pack, Epirus flavor pack, Magna Graecia Content Pack, Epirus Content Pack

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
i can not repair my octere, though i have a lvl 4 port... is it because i havent the military tradition to build it? Maybe this should be fixed, so that you can always repair your ships...

I believe that in order to repair megapolyrremes and octeres you need lvl 5 port. Select your fleet, click the button "add ships" from your fleet tab and check out what each ship says it needs
