even if you choose for an adopted character to keep their last name, their name will change to the family name on a reload

If you choose for a minor character to keep their last name when you adopt them, they will initially keep their last name. However, if you save and reload the game, their last name will change to the last name of their great family.
I have attached screenshots of a minor character I adopted. The first screenshot taken before saving and reloading the game shows they have a different last name than the great family. The second screenshot shows that their last name changed to the last name of the great family after saving and reloading the game.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1) Play any nation
2) Adopt a character and choose for them to keep their last name
3) save and reload the game
4) their last name will have changed
