Foreign civil war starts on MY teritorry

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I play as Massilia. I have an ally. A civil war emerges in ally's nation, but the revolt starts on my territory that I own and control for decades. The revolted province does not even border this ally and is in the middle of my land. This results in the terrotory being conquered and annexed by my ally. I lose land for free, that's always been loyal to me. Funny (and gamebreaking) thing is that I can decline the Call to Arms from my ally and just watch him fight the revolt on my land and taking it for himself.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Only known way to reproduce this is to load my ironman save I attached to this report and play for only one minute.

I've had the same thing happen but the teritory that joined the revolt was occupied

Good to hear I'm not the only one. What did you do? Because I just broke the alliance and declared war on both of them (former ally and revolt). Good thing the ally was weak. Imagine Rome taking your land for free.

Here was what happened with mine:

I was actually having real stability issues after annexing half of Carthage, then losing one of my core provinces to the bug. So was in no position to start a war. So I just left it for a while, eventually breaking the alliance & reconquering it down the line.

This has happened multiple times to me as well, so far it has only happened in the Scandia region. Savefile attached.

This happened to me to under slightly different circumstances. An exiled Lycian army in my province of Crete revolts and the Lycian Revolt gains ownership of Crete. Save is from Jan 1 and the revolt happens on Feb. 1.

I've attached two savegames, one from before this happen (485.6.28) and one after this happens (485.8.1).
Playing as Insubria, a Taurinian Revolt appers in my capital province (Taurinia as a country is right next it and enemy soldiers were walking in my province while coming back from a war).
Hope this will help.

EDIT: I found out that there is a command to eliminate all units of a specific TAG. I've used it on the Taurinia's soldiers and then the civil war doesn't start in my territory (actually not at all, but I guess because the power base of the rebels got too low without loyal cohorts).

Thought I'd add my saves to this as well, got this this evening. Illergetia civil war starts to my north in April no matter what I do. Immediately takes my capital province and after letting it play out just takes it all after winning the civil war. Added two saves, one before and after.
