Macedonian Mission Bug: League of Korinthos becomes independent on mission completion

This is a bug I first encountered in 2.01. I loaded a save from 2.01 in the new 2.02 patch today to see if it was fixed.
The issue is that completing the League of Korinthos mission starts an event which is meant to incorporate all Macedonian subjects and territory in southern Greece into one vassal called the League of Korinthos, but on completion of the event the League of Korinthos is an independent state
This is quite disappointing as Macedon is a featured nation in the latest DLC content, yet this bug impacts a mission which is required to be completed to finish their mission trees
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Should be set so if you click the event and watch it fire, League of Korinthos will be formed and become an independent state
