Description of problem
Recruiting Diadochi heirs enables their missions as non-Diadochi country

What game version are you running?
2.0.3

What platform are you playing on?
Steam

Please select any/all DLC you have enabled.
Magna Graecia Content Pack, Epirus Content Pack

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Playing as Heraclea Pontica, I've stumbled upon the fact that I can run both the Antigonid and Antipatrid Diadochi missions by recruiting bloodline heirs (Gonatas from the former, Antipatros from the later) and making either of them king. I've also snagged Thracian and Egyptian heirs but haven't tried them yet.

Playing this out resulted in a somewhat silly outcome of Heraclea Pontica being able to form Macedon by mission decision via the Antigonid mission "Macedonian Aspirations." I'm still playing to see if I can also still form Persia by national decision, but it looks like I'd have to form Persia/Achaemenid Empire first, then go Macedonian (though in that case, maybe I can then form the Argead Empire?).

It seems like the intent of the missions is only to be available to the relevant Diadochi countries, but welp.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Play as Heraclea Pontica,
Make friends with Diadochi bloodline pretenders,
Recruit,
???
Profit (and form Macedon as a Persian cultured country?)

I don't know if this is even bug or is it WAD cuz wiki specifically list this is possible for Antigonid, Macedon and Thrace missions (for Thrace it's only A New Phillenic Policy mission).

Though this probably not work for Egypt missions cuz their requirement are specifically lagid dynasty as ruler instead of just bloodline trait and has macedonian as primary culture.

So it's possible that the intention of Anitgonid, Macedon and some Thrace mission are for ruler that is descendent (by bloodline trait) of respective rulers of said nation instead of specifically only some country.

Probably in anticipation that they will form other tag like Macedon or Argead Empire I guess.
