Hellenistic world flavor pack, Epirus flavor pack, Magna Graecia Content Pack, Epirus Content Pack

Do you have mods enabled?
Yes

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The Egyptian mission "Syncretism" has a bug after which you continuously fund ways to include the Serapis cult into Egypt, the holy site doesn't show up at the site of where it said it was going to be built upon. Just as a side not just in case, the mod installed just activates the console without going into debug mode through Steam

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Play as Egypt
2. Choose the mission tree "Macedonian Pharaoh"
3. Go down tree until you reach the mission "Syncretism"
4. Go through event chain in which you choose the pro-syncretic choices
5. After final event, the button which says that a holy site for Serapis has been built has actually not been built at all.

Can confirm - just experienced this issue. And I spent a crap ton of money and PI, too, alas...

I checked patches 2.0.2, and 2.0.3. They haven't fixed it yet.
