The launcher turns into this whitetish pixel color when i move the window around or when i hower over buttons in the backround.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
It turns into this whitish color i don't understand why or how to fix it

Update: I restored factory setting on NVIDA control(manage 3d settings) panel and it seems to have fixed it.
