Trade only targeting captial regions tradegoods

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Trade from other nations only trying to buy from capital region, this started at some point after becoming major power aswell as switching to and from merchantile stance.

Have gone from ~200 comerce income 30 comerce income in a matter of 20-30 years.

Still have a major surplus of trade goods and good relations with other nations.

54% slaves in nation with 10392 total pops, 949 cities in 532.

The current trade deals does not cancel, but no new is occurring besides the capital area spam.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Aggressive expansion + merchantile to have over 100AE and 0 stab -> major power -> appesement stance -> 0 AE 50 stab -> merchantile stance.

Bumping this thread.

Also imported savefile.

I think the problem comes from having had above 100AE.

It might also be a feature but I would like to confimed it if this is the case.
