UI Governor Selection screen: For characters of a scorned family, the job counter info overlaps with the trait display

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Have one or more scorned families in a game and at least on governor job; then try to switch the governor and see that for members a the scorned family the (potential) traits of a governor candidate overlap with the display indicating that giving him the job counts towards the job counter for the scorned family.
