Wrong Checksum with 2.0.3 resulting in no Iron Man saves

Hellenistic world flavor pack, Epirus flavor pack, Magna Graecia Content Pack, Epirus Content Pack
Do you have mods enabled?
No
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I start Imperator: Rome, I get checksum 32de which is not the correct checksum for this build. I have uninstalled the game and re-installed to a different drive, and still get the same checksum. I do not have any mods installed and have triple-checked that. Attached is a new save game to help diagnose the issue
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start the game. Choose Iron Man mode. Game is not actually iron man mode.
