I recently thought of a question, WHY paradox did not make "Musou-Like" games?

When paradox like KOEI TECMO to make "Musou-Like" games? such as Dynasty Warriors series? or Samurai Warriors series?
It would be more interesting if Napoleon and Hohendorf (fictional character from Chronicle of Myers: Origins, like Yukimura Sanada in Sengoku Japan) started fighting in that Musou-Like game...

I opened this thread to say something pithy, but honestly a game where Napoleon and Henry VI can beat the crap out of thousands of dudes and each other does actually sound kinda rad.
