The Actions file I downloaded a week ago or so doesn't fit at all with the tutorial or the extracted .psd-file. The actions file linked from your tutorial leads to a 404.

The only action working is the "update borders"-action, but it also makes borders between sea provinces and between sea and land.

What is really annoying is that I've looked throughout the forums for an explaination on how to do things WITHOUT the actions, but there seems to be none. I'm pulling my hair and hoping for a quick reply.
