One thing that currently bothers my run to an almost ridiculous extent is how often I have to revisit a planet to just upgrade the infrastructure so that the planet becomes good.

It kinda looks something like this

You build all the district you need
Then you build all the specializations of the district (because you can't specialize before you build at least one district)
then you build all the buildings in those districts
then you upgrade all those buildings

I need to visit a planet 4 times before I can say "I like this planet", and this is obnoxious.
Granted, this is primarily a problem in ultra-wide campaigns like my devouring swarm one with like 150 planets by 2348 (LOL), but even in smaller campaigns it can become annoying later. It also blocks tons of space in my mental capacities to keep all planets i am working on in the mind.
To elevate this, allow me to demand the following feature:

If I want to build something, and the only remaining condition to being able to build that building is the building of another building that is already inside the queue, then let me queue that new building behind the already queued building. This concerns not only upgrades, but also the building slots in specializations. Please.

Oh, and also, please allow me to spam click on a building inside the building menu to build multiple ones similar to how it works with Starbases. The clicks add up. I know spamable buildings aren't supposed to
be a thing in the new system, yet they still are, so here I am.
