I never enjoyed the cossacks and the game was always updated adding features I didnt care for. I suppose all I want is the game how it was when I purchased it...or a refund is acceptable...plus dlc refunds...whatever. please give me back the game I loved
 
There is no official support for 1.13 anymore. But there is an unofficial way to get it from steam:
