Steps to reproduce​

Placing the normal style housing on the roads.

Expected Result​

A working game, that when I zone it, it dosent crash and it works just fine.

Actual Result​

The game freezes after placing housing.

Apparently it crashes when the citizens move in. Like when the population changes.

Thank you for the report. Are you playing with any mods? If you are, first step is to check if there is any issues with the mods that you're playing with. Please try adding "--disableModding" as a launch option (https://pdxint.at/LaunchOptionsCS). This removes access to PDX Mods entirely, and if the game and a new save works with this enabled then the issue lies in the mods you have installed, and if you're unable to disable your mods in-game you can always do so on the web version.
