I bought the game through the official website and activated it through Steam and ended up playing for a long time, I created races and saved games, I had more than 150 hours of gameplay, but I had to format my pc and when I returned to install the game again. All the data that had been saved in the cloud disappeared, the saved games and the created races also disappeared and to make matters worse, since I downloaded the game again I can't put the game in my language which is Portuguese. The game is in English and it's been like that since I downloaded it, I can't change it to Portuguese, not even by managing Steam, which has a language tab, but since the game it doesn't show. Since I downloaded the Paradox platform to be able to play the game and when I open the platform an error message appears in finding the game's folders and documents. I need help, I already tried to verify the integrity of files through Steam and it didn't work, until I uninstalled and installed again and still nothing and I can't even put the game in Portuguese, help me!
 
Steam cloud saves are visible here:
If your saves show there but not in the game, they are probably from an older game version and not compatible with the game as it is now. You'd need to revert to that game version in the Steam Betas tab for the game to continue them.

Game language is chosen in our Launcher now, under Game Settings (as is the separate launcher language choice). The language Steam is in does not matter.
