Iberian struggle doesn't prgoress

Description​

Since the last major update my saved Iron Man game from earlier version (1.10.x) doesn't progress in the Iberian Struggle even though the catalysts are executed. Even the yearly trigger doesn't seem to progress the Struggle phase. Stuck on the same number for multiple years. Tried to roll back to earlier save to continue game but then my save didn't load...

Steps to reproduce​

Since I loaded my saved game the Struggle doesn't progress. Haven't tried a new game, maybe only affects saved games from earlier versions?

Can confirm I have the same issue. There's no progression for years in the Iberian Struggle ever since the update.

I suspect this not the only issue regarding save games before this version. I have experienced other bugs, such as Bailiffs not giving the additional building slot or events not giving trait rewards. Please don't brush this under the rug as some minor issue, it's ruining the game!
