IC production = 0 ?

Hi,

I played HoI 2 lots of time... But today, I don't know why, I have a really unusual bug...

I can't get production anymore when :

1) I launch a game with the USA

2) When with an other country an event happen (example: I tried to play with England, and when the King died on january 20th 1936 my production dropped to 0 on everything).

Does someone has a clue on why this is happening and how to deal with it ?

So I uninstalled and reinstalled it. It still does the same at least for UK and the USA. After almost two month of game, it seems to work with germany...

I'm still pissed off by that... Why can't I play with those two countries ?
