What do you think about a scenario where all mayors from GC where replaced by smaller neighbouring states an example:England=Scotland,France=Bretagne,Prussia=Brandenburg,
Russia=Pskov,Spain=Navarra,Austria=Hungary....?????

Just set it up with the IGC-or have a configuration tool packaged with EU2, if or when it appears on the horizon.

Do it, it is easy with IGC config tool.
Even a total complete idiot cant fail, except if somebody implements a corrupt zip archive.

Actually, considering some of my other posts, I tend to agree with Gurli over this-it's not as good as the previous IGC (2.2), although not using quite as vehement or graphic a term.

Hmmm, in my oppinion 2.3 is one of the best? I support the ditching of Korea. But I see no further problems...
Why do you find 2.2 better?

Oh, I'm petty-I'm still mad about the English CB shields I had to put back.

Oh, and the Vinland option starts with them far to strong vis a vis the proposed revisionist history.

Oh, and Ayuthayya's colonial dynamism is a poor choice to solve the perceived Mekong problem, and is ahistorical.

Oh, and Korea sucks.
