Ideological Crusader Error in V1.06

In HOI V1.06 Minister type "Ideological Crusader" does not share research for free when target government is of the same type. Failed for Friedrich-Werner von der Schulenberg and Alfred Rosenberg, German ministers. Is there a workaround?

BTW Is there anyone else having problem to read post above. After you edited it the text become invisible for me at least. But if one use the trick to resize window back and forth or select and mark it it becom visible. Strange explanation?!
