Using white russian than ROA material.

Using Empirial and White material is much better than using ROA, as ROA will only work if Russia is released by Germany and not in any other case (including mods - the main point to make such a set in the first place).

Here he mentions this. Although he'll propably won't have the time. And neither seem you btw (where is the danish set?????), so you should still talk to him.

Although, I think that some existing nations should be more of a priority for now. How about Estonian set, for example.

after = green always (both receive US and domesticaly produced)
