I've done a try with a shield in stead of roundel, but I can't make the fading.

You seem rather skilled, could you perhaps do a roundel with the arms of the Lithuanian air force

You could put it on any icon (so it fades out), I will cut and past it into the icons I want.

I'm way to old for that... ;-)

I did the Swedish Air-set (in SKIF) in Paint but got some help with the shading from the SKIF-team.
