If you demolish the rescue pod that the emergency beacon drops (use F instead of your drill), you end up with a game that can't progress

Expected Result​

I had expected I could just create a new beacon and send another signal to recover from my mistake.

Actual Result​

You can create a new beacon, but when you try to send a signal, you are told you can only send one signal. At this point, you can't progress with the tutorial.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Get to the point in the tutorial where you create an emergency signal device and create the signal device.
2. Send the signal and wait for the rescue pod to drop.
3. Use 'F' to demolish the pod (side note: the note here that you should use the drill instead to open it up comes WAY TOO LATE. Ideally the tutorial should make it very clear that the mining tool should be used and not 'F')
4. Realize your mistake and create a new beacon
5. Try to send the signal. Fail.

If you demolish the emergency drop pod you will get an item called C3-BB in your inventory. If you place this you should be able to continue with the tutorial
