i would say update your driver and the other stuff
1. download "all in one runtimeshttp://sereby.org/site/AiO" a realy cool tool to update all the runtimes and other stuff like java, frameworks, directx and so stuff with one button!
2. download and uptate your drivers grafik, motherboard,...
in the most times this resolves most of the issues with some games!
