In my games, France and England never have problems colonizing. Portugal usually has problems but that is because they keep getting into wars with Spain and lose all of their core provinces save for there capital. What i don't understand is why do the Dutch expand everywhere. Historically, the Dutch were in the tip of Africa, India and the East Indies. Whenever I play, the moment they revolt, they begin colonizing everything in sight.

That they do. Netherlands goes crazy. I think people have tried to slow them down, by changing their ai file, but their behavior seems hard-coded. When I would play England, I stopped burning Spanish TP's down, because Netherlands would just move in immediately.

I also would like to see India beefed up (no pun intended), and the Korea tag would be an excellent tag to use for it.

It seems a majority of you wish to take out korea. Before this happens I suggest that perhaps a little tinkering would solve the problem. It would be (awfully) inaccurate historically if the korean provinces were part of china. Thus, there would be only 2 states in NE asia. Keep korea.

I don't want to give the provinces back to China-I think they should have about 100000 level 9 aggressiveness natives in each. Even the imbecile AI (that sends forty thousand men overseas conquistadoring) would have trouble with them then.

Which leaves a nice free tag to activate Cambodia..............

Unfortunately, if anyone wants it doing for the EU/IGC project, they'll have to take up the torch themselves.:)

I think Cambodia would be kinda cool to add. Or maybe manchuria ( whick i think i saw in the EUII screenshot, yippee). Manchuria would maybe spice up the NE Asian conflict. Also, maybe add some temporarily CB's between Japan and China and give them some small navies. I am sure the Japanese had some navy around the time ( i am not sure of the Chinese though). Also, the DiploMatrix should be fixed because Dai Vet has 0 relations to almost the entire world making it easy for a European nation to ally with it later on in the game.

Just a question about 1520 scenario in IGC. Is there any way to remove the Greek CB against Istanbul??? I am playing as Prussia and Greece+ couple of others declared independence, since greeks took istanbul, i cant even find the ottoman capital, any way to prevent greeks to take istanbul? Is there a way to edit the savefile and remove the greek national cb on istanbul before they declare independence?

I've actually managed to find the problem with this scenario.

So, BiB, if you read this, if I have the time, I'm working on the leader/monarch files. Then on to the flag graphics............

Ran a hands-off through to the 1650s-no crashes!:D

Don't know if anyone has seen this, but I was playing IGC 2.3, as Portugal, and over in SE Asia, I discovered the newly independent nation of Granada, occupying the Korean province of Kyongju (Pusan). This can't be right. It is a pagan province, but Spain has a permanent CB, etc. What can be done to fix this?
Thanks, and awesome job!! Now if only I can win!!

I'm bored with it-maybe I'll fix the revolts CSV. and maybe shoot it off to Suvorov or someone as is, but I can't ever see it being "finished". Not that there's a lot to do, but I really mean it when I say I haven't got the time-as the fact that the AAR I was writing based on it hasn't advanced in two days shows................ :(

The problem was a rather embarrassing leader conflict, by the way. You recall I started off with "United Prussia", but am now using the BRA tag................. :)

Monarchs, leaders and flags BiB, monarchs, leaders and flags........at the moment Flandres is still using the New Spain set! But I'll get it to Suvorov or someone as a Beta in a couple of days, I promise!

Oh, great Moderator sir..............[salutes smartly]:D
