I downloaded the igc scenario with the hope of playing as some of the other powers. However, I have been unable to run the patch.exe despite upgrading to the most recent java(as per instructions). Has anyone else encountered this problem and if so how did you resolve it. Of note: when the java install was "completed" my pc failed to restart itself-so I did so manually. I'm a far cry from a computer specialist so I don't know if this could have anything to do with it. I appreciate any and all ideas on the subject.
