IGCConfig problems

I have the problem thet every time I try to enter IGCConfig a textbox pops up and says: "No Translation for tag ENG. Your text.csv appears to be corrupt" I find it quitte irritating, as there suddently seems to be something very wrong with the text.csv, and now my game wont start. I've tried to uninstall, but nothing happens. The game is still there, and not uninstalled at all! What am I going to do?

If text.scv is corrupt then you only need to start patch.exe
If it doesnt work then manually remove it.

Partadox do not officially support IGC as it is a third party product.
However:-

When you have uninstalled and reinstalled the game then do this:-
Install the letest patch.
Make a copy of the "Paradox Entertainment" Folder and rename it to "IGC" or something.
You will now have 1 virgin copy of the game and 1 Copy for using with the IGC.
Install the IGC in the IGC/EuropaUniversalis Folder.
Now run the "Patch" exe that the IGC has played in the folder.
Now you can run the IGC and have lots of fun.

If you have any problems then delete the IGC copy and make another one from the Virgin.
