Fighting the Soviets with only Mix or AT is doomed, using AT+H.AA or H.AT for most units is recommended.
The officers recruitment option gives you a 20% bonus on officer recruitment for 5% leadership, but neither is shown in the hint after taking it, so I think I just got 10000 officers if there is no hidden bonus/penalty.

I see you left your mountain 50% damaged with no org fighting, it does no good there except as target practice for the soviets.
Also sending back shattered divisions without better equipment is usually just asking for it to shatter again.
