I'm having issues with multiplayer in crusader kings 3

Description​

I'm having a problem whenever I'm playing with 3 or more friends the game crashes for me it doesn't but for 1 of them it does every now and then. I added my logs and my friends

Steps to reproduce​

Start game, create game, let 3 poeple join, play a bit, game just shuts down for them
