I'm no modder, but doesn't it have to be a .crp file?

@Steve B. No, .fbx is correct for the model. A .crp file is the finished asset saved in the game. :)

I should have known better than to answer a question I knew nothing about.

Hmm, strange. And you got the settings right for all 4 tabs? (Main, Geometrie, Armatures and Animation)

Try moving the texture out of the import folder just to make sure something funky isn't up with that. The model should show up without it as a completely white thing.

If you can't get it to work, you can upload the .blend file somewhere and I'll have a look and see if I can spot what's up.

There's no problem with faces clipping through each other. I just tested it and it works just fine in game. All I did was select all faces and hit ctrl + n to get all faces facing outwards and then I exported it with the settings above. You must be missing some or not have the model selected. Make sure you do the export in Object Mode and that you right click on the model (so it has an orange outline). Note that in the export settings there are several tabs. I've highlighted the tabs to click since it isn't that clear from the UI that they are actually tabs. You can ignore the "Animation" tab since we don't need anything in there, but the other 3 need settings selected/deselected for it to work in the game. Make sure you have the same options selected and deselected as in this image.
