i think these following suggestions could be implemented very easily:
- a new event for local "manpower-construction":
type = construct which = manpower where = 300 (f.e. Berlin) value = + 5
(esp. after hard nuclear war it is very important to generate new manpower for recruitment of soldiers and generating civil unrest after new nuclear wars)
- to be able to build infrastructure/AA/bunkers/IC etc. when you have lets say 93,5 % infra (to pay as if you would construct 10 % but to fill it from 93,5 to 100 % or 10/10)
-no victory point loss after nuclear attack or a new event:
type = construct which = vp where = 300 (f.e. Berlin) value = 10 (and also being able to remove vp by event: "..... = - 5"
- remove the 10.000 supplies/oil limit in provinces and set it to 2.100.000.000
--> result should be that you can maintain an unlimited number of overseas divisions. an alternative would be to refill the supply pool instantly, so that there never is a lack of supplies or fuel even with many thousands of overseas divisions, planes, ships as long as you have enough convoys and supplies on stock (on your mainland island)
- capability of producing at least one nuke a day (for example to allow reactor size of 11)
- a scrollbar in the techsreens for being able of making an unlimited number of new techs
- remove the 10.000 manpower pool limit (or make an excel file, where you can setup it for each country individually for example GER = 800.000 and SOV 1.200.000 etc.) or much BETTER ----> a new event you can fire:
type = mppoollimit_mod value = +15 %/- 15 % (added to the 10.000) (make it additive/subtractive like ic/tc_mod value)
or:
type = increase mppoollimit = +150 (10.000+150)
or:
type =increase mppoollimit = -100
Absolute (hypothetical) limit shouldnt be less then some billions
- being able to ban allies from alliance during war (at least in single player mode)
- possibility of giving each country an unique colour instead of how it is now (we need more slots for colours)
- making it possible to dynamicly add new countries into "country.csv" (so everyone could make much more then the given additional 20 countries that are actually allowed now)
- a tech that allows transporting oil with supply planes
activate = { type = transport_plane_carry which = oil} (or something like this)
- airsuperiority missions during peacetime
If someone realises this, the game will be almost perfect.
