Hi

I have bought both EU Rome and Vae Victis
After installing Vae Victis impossible to play



Impossible to register the game
The key is not valid
Key present on the box game
I've taken the liberty of removing the key. ~F.
Invalid even changing 0 in O ....

Please I have bought your game .. need to be able to play

Good luck registering! All the tech support etc seems to be in 'registered users only' areas... I'm arguing about that in another thread :wacko:

Hopefully someone will be able to help, but you might want to post with what actually happens when you start it up, it might be a known issue.

First of all, it's probably a bad idea to post a key that you still want to use on a public board.. I've removed it just to be sure.

That said, the best way to go about problems registering is contacting support@paradoxplaza.com

I'm afraid I can't help you with the actual crash/problem running the game.. But you might add that to your mail to support as well.

I finally register with VV key
I have the side by side pb but the redistributable runtime, from Microsoft's site doesnt works

... so what now ??

So you tried the 2007 SP1 one from post #4 in http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?t=382611 ? That almost always works, but I guess you could try the later versions linked in posts #20 and #26
