Improper POPs

How can I edit the pops, i tried to edit switzerland pops by creating 3 csv files for south_german, french and north_italian cultures, and modified swiss inc file, but when i load the game i get a country with no population at all !!!

how can i make it work ?

how did you edit them? (with which program?) if you used EXCEL there´s a good chance that editing fails.

Notepad or wordpad are more than enough. And they work perfectly well.

There are no Azerbaijani in Naxcevan while there are some in Erevan. Naxcevan should be only Azeri, while Erevan should only be Armenian.
