- New events concerning Vichy Fleet, including the attack on Mers-el-Kébir and Battle of Dakar
- Increased the neutrality of Chinese Warlords
- Oil nationalization event for Mexico
- Added several embargo AIs that trigger with certain conditions, for example, UK, Dutch and USA AI now embargo Japan when the oil embargo event triggers for USA
- Sarawak now has its extended cores at start
- Several new AI events of various importance
- Tweaked starting constructions for a bunch of nations
- France now builds the historical battleship and battlecruisers again, aswell as slightly more infra, even some infra to Brazzaville to prepare for the struggle in the colonies
- Fixed the broken vanilla Chinese inheritance events, so they now trigger in MP too
- Modified the USSR capital changing events, they now trigger when their capital is threatened by an enemy
- Japan can now send aid to Madagascar through an event
- Reworked the Iraqi coup and the following Anglo-Iraqi war, and events concerning it, like the Paris Protocols for VIC-GER, it now has a high chance of triggering unless UK garrisons Iraq very heavily, Germany can also choose to send aid to Iraq in an event
- Rewritten Operation Torch, now has more chances to trigger, aswell as partially rewrote the colonial defections between VIC-FRA in Africa. They are now closely tied to the outcome of Battle of Dakar and whether or not Vichy can control the North African key provinces, giving a real incentive for the Allies to attack there, also reworked the Dissolution of Vichy, which triggers for Germany after Vichy has lost Africa, giving Germany the option to annex, puppet or keep Vichy as an ally
- More nations now choose national ideas that give an IC bonus
- Colonial nations, and nations in great risk of changing sides now have universal idea changing AI events, which let them change their ideas if their new government allows a better one to be installed, the new events are persistent so they trigger also if a nation gets annexed and then liberated again with poor national ideas
- Dutch now receive manpower from Dutch East Indies after their capitulation, the manpower from the areas is further increased for a liberated Indonesia
- Reworked several colonial nation AIs due to the new resource overhaul
- Went through the AI files with AoD Validator, fixed a bunch of typos and duplicated IDs
- Toned down some unnecessary espionage values for several AIs
- Created a custom AI for the few forgotten nations that still lacked them
- Redid the alternative Vanilla Scenario, it is now normal Improved 1936 scenario, but with India being part of UK again and France having several more starting constructions to slow its gearing. This is designated to work well for multiplayer games where UK player wishes to keep India as a part of UK
- And as per usual, alot of small things I probably forgot
And the largest change:
African, some Mideastern, Caribbean and Asian colonial nations have now gotten a massive overhaul. Upon liberation, they receive an event which grants them more onmap resources, IC and manpower. The revolter events have been tweaked so they receive less offmap IC and resources due to the improved onmap values. The extra dissent cost for liberating nations have now been reinstated from vanilla game, but they have been tweaked to more sensible leves. Depending on the strength of the liberated puppet, the liberating now gives 1%-7% dissent hit.
The new resource values are a mixture of the AoD resources and the resource values from the inspirational CORE mod. Much thanks to the CORE team and Tegetthoff for giving me the permission to add them. Their mod can be found here:

Most notable puppet nations after the overhaul:
Manchukuo: Now has a great deal more manpower and better resources, but has lost the offmap resources
Nigeria: An excellent manpower gain now, largest in Africa
Rhodesia&Nyasaland: Greatly increased rare production in its area
Benin-Sahel: Has a good manpower if liberated in the largest form
Morocco: Good overall puppet, gets resources in Spanish morocco if its able to somehow obtain them
Algeria: Decent resources&manpower
East African Union: Decent manpower
Union of Mali: Decent manpower
Egypt: Good manpower and better resources
Burma: Nice resource production, even considerable oil sources
Indonesia: Massive manpower with all the islands within its ownership
Trinidad&Tobago/West Indies: Nice oil production
So go ahead and have a go with some liberated puppets, they are quite usefull now. Some nations gain bonuses when given their cores, like China or Mengukuo to the provinces originally controlled by Japan, or Ethiopia to Eritrea.
Enjoy the 1.0!
