Quite a nice mod, but the King of Galicia starts unable to declare war on his Muslim neighbour, the Emir of Badajoz.

Sounds like a nice improvement!
But I would let a king or emperor still declare war if it is only one of his dukes that has the border with a heathen. Seems wrong to me that I cannot do this as a king even when the muslims are directly at my borders, but I happened to give out the duchy a few years before (maybe to my heir, so I will probably get it back anyway).

Edit: Okay, found what you're most likely referring to:
"- Diplo AI: Will not declare religious wars for overseas territories that de jure belong to an independent duke or king of its own faith"
I'm not entirely sure what that really means, so I'll have to ask.
Edit2: Alright, according to Doomdark it's just a behavioral tweak, so we'll see how it effects the game and if it's enough to prevent the things I'm concerned about whilst still not having them not attack Heathens as the "won't attack De Jure independent Heathens" seemed to imply.

I have taken the liberty of including your modified cb_types.txt in my mod. I hope that it is allright with you.
While this looks wonderful (stopping France and the HRE from roflstomping the andalusians is very much a relief), it also prevents me to do my favorite run : take the Spartenos from Napoli to Sicily, and back to Apulia to kick the normans out and restore southern italy to its rightful master, the only one true emperor in Konstantinopolis.

In my current game, Iberia is overrun by by Muslims, Al-Andalus has taken Brittany and a chunk of France, and the south end of Italy is under muslim rule as well. Rome was also conquered by Muslims until I claimed it for Bohemia.
